1 24-Hour Faulty Product Return Policy

We accept returns strictly within 24 hours of purchase or delivery, and the product must be verifiably faulty from factory manufacture. Non-faulty products or items returned after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect all functionality upon doorstep delivery or in-store collection.

2 Warranty Guidelines & Limitations

• Manufacturer Warranty: Any warranty is provided directly by the product manufacturer, not Smartworld Kenya, unless stated otherwise. In case of defects, repairs are handled by the manufacturer’s authorized service center or official partners.
• Warranty Confirmation: Before purchasing, please confirm with our sales staff whether your specific product includes a local warranty. Some devices are sold on an “as is” basis.
• Warranty Exclusions: Warranties strictly do not cover hardware or physical damages, including screen breakage, water/liquid damage, drops, power surges, or user-induced modifications.
• No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds for items under warranty. Defective products under active warranty are subject to repair or replacement by the authorized manufacturer service center.
• Accessories: No warranty is provided for accessories, including charging cables, power bricks, earphones, and protective cases.

3 Authorized Service Center Assistance

If you are unable to reach the manufacturer’s service center directly, Smartworld Kenya can assist in delivering the product to the official service center on your behalf. This process typically takes between 7 and 30 days, depending on the manufacturer’s service center timelines.
