  Build and Display

  The design and aesthetics of the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus is almost similar to the Note 12 Pro. Every inch of Note 12 Pro+ handset makes it an appealing high-end phone although it is a mid-tier device. It measures 162.9 x 76 x 8.9 mm and weighs 208g. It is dual SIM hence giving you the option to choose the best networks to subscribe to and enjoy the services.  The device is IP53 rated, being both water and dustproof. Redmi Note 12 comes in Arctic White, Iceberg Blue, Obsidian Black, and Trend edition color options, hence a wide array of colors to choose from depending on one’s preference.

  The handset boasts a bright, 6.67-inch OLED display, which is way better than IPS LCD and TFT screens on some handsets.   Redmi Note 12 Pro + runs on Android 12, MIUI 13 OS platform. A Mediatek MT6877V Dimensity 1080 (6 nm) runs operations in the background and ensures efficiency and fast processing of commands. Supporting the chipset and ensuring the seamless running of the handset whether multi-tasking, live streaming or playing games is the Octa-core (2×2.6 GHz Cortex-A78 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU and Mali-G68 MC4 GPU.

  Combined, the processing unit makes a good case when it comes to reliability, fast processing, and enabling prompt response to commands issued by the user without experiencing lags and stuttering.
