With the Galaxy Watch, you have the option of manually or automatically tracking your workouts. When automatically tracking exercises, you only have to slip on the smartwatch and go. It will detect your specific exercise from a list of seven:

The Galaxy Watch smartwatch features a curved design that molds to your wrist, allowing eight full photodiodes to work on monitoring you heart rate. You’re alerted if your heart rate rises or falls below normal levels.
Long Battery Life & Wireless Charging
The built-in battery of the Galaxy Watch is designed to last for over a day with normal use. When you need to power up, simply rest it on the included wireless magnetic charger.
